"Enduring To The End" | Matthew 24:1–51
Take your Bibles and Turner's me to the gospel of Matthew chapter 24.
As a young man, which I still are. Not good English, but still true. I was always fascinated with time travel. Anybody else here like time travel? I love. Time travel shows. It just it just fascinated me to fought about traveling to time with me future back or youngboy. One of my favorite shows. I watch it didn't last very long. I didn't realize how short it was didn't seem like forever but this show voyagers voyagers. I don't my kids do cuz we have it so that they would travel to Todd's and historical points are always be something wrong with it have to create the door correct history and it was a show that attempted to teach some points about history, but even up to the day, you know, there's all these different kinds of shows that are built around the idea of time travel. I think there was a recent one maybe Timeless or something or I can remember what it was not maybe a year or two ago a show that came out but it's always fascinated me just an idea and I think that I'm not alone because I think a lot of people are fascinated with the idea of transcending time and some sense, especially when it comes To the deal with their their own lives and their own Futures. A lot of people here would like to know what the future holds right back if we usually talk about it at the details of Our Lives, you know, what's going to happen tomorrow or next week or next month or next year? You know when I grow up as a young person when I grow up, you know, where do I go to school? What kind of job would have Lobby Rich? What what who am I going to marry you and knowing these things seem seems like a good idea. In fact at times. We think if only we knew the outcome of this particular upcoming situation that it would solve our problems are dilemmas and we feel that way often many people go to Great memes to which two to accomplish that mean some people take horoscopes very seriously and some people go to the extent of seeking mediums and fortune-tellers and those kinds of things but nevertheless there's something about this idea that if we could only grass hold The knowledge of the future that it would somehow fix things for us. Well as we approach Matthew 24 in Jesus is on is engaged in the final week of his life leading up to the Cross. This very subject arises is Jesus's is teaching his disciples. And so we now arrived in the midst of what is really V discourse it we find about the book of Matthews and there's five discourses. We've seen along the way we're blocks of times were Jesus sat down and he talked and some directed for taking away in his final one is looking at now and covers from from where we are now to the end of 25 is called the Olivet discourse and it's called that simply because the verse for happy first three as he sat on the Mount of Olives disciples came down and then this this this teaching came about but nevertheless in the midst of these next two chapters today. We're focusing on chapter 24 there's this Great deal that it speaks about the future that what we find. Is it the Bible as a great deal to say about the future it always has for the very beginning. The Bible was always future looking and then we find Adam and Eve's immediately upon that seeing God disciplines their heads out consequences for their sins. But in those consequences, he gets a promise and I promise is that the seed of the woman would crush the head of the serpent its own from Genesis 3 15 at that. Very moment that the Bible is looking forward to the future is talking about the future. It is focusing all our attention on the future and everything from that point as we read forward. This is pointing us constantly to the future of that particular promise. In fact here. We are at Christmas time and it's the season of celebrating the Fulfillment of that original promise that we read about Jim. 315 with the coming of Christ came the promise of Salvation from sin and and Eternity with God. This is a good thing something we celebrate but Christ first Advent of which we celebrate this season did not put it into the Bible focus on the future. Jesus is born early parts of the Gospel Jesus lives. And of course here, we are right before Jesus dancing even be on this everything still seems to look to the Future. So while the promise was bound up in the coming of Christ in that advent the first Advent we celebrate Christmas there was more to the story The Future held more. It's the Bible continues this Focus the point us forward to the future in Matthew 24 is exactly that Jesus reminds his disciples and us that God's promise had yet to be fully consummated that was fully completed in the future had more to come. But Jesus point about the future Isaac had more to do with the present then it did about knowing the details about the future. Yes. The focus is toward the future future looking but I think they want Jesus teaches has more to do with the present his disciples presents as they were the original recipients of this lesson and even hours today as we read the recorded word of God is preserved for us to do so this very day that this world has more to do with our present then it does about the details the details of the future while it is still yet future looking. Let me read just a small portion when I read the entire to the 51 versus here. But let me just read a portion of this as we seek to the gain some understanding from this chapter chapter 24 Matthew Rickards. Jesus left the temple was going away. And when is this iPhones came to point out to him the buildings of the temple, but but he answered them. He said you see all these do you know, I'm truly I say to you that there will be left. There will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down. So as he sat on the Mount of Olives the disciples can probably say tell us when these things will be and what will be the signs you're coming and the close of the age. I just found this question that now we get this Grand lesson throughout this chapter and it and into the next that usually leaves us with a great deal of confusion and debates of which is not my point to solve this morning. Course if you want, it's awful. Yeah, I can tell you all the right answers later. Not really but remember that while this is future looking and it has a lot to say about the future with a very broad set. The point of Jesus teaching was about the present. And so while we may find a great deal of confusion in the midst of all the details that come with with prophetic forward-looking narratives or lessons like this. Let's don't miss what are the clear teachings what Jesus seeks to remind us up in the midst of talking about those things. Now, there's all kinds of debates about how we should read this particular text about which portion of the verses are talking about this event and that event and and and and those major event itself would be the fall of Jerusalem in 70 AD or versus the ultimate coming of Christ in the coming of God's kingdom of that was still yet future for us and and how we're supposed to read. A lot of the Baton confusion in and I'll be honest with you there. I have an opinion as I always do but sometimes I read and I and I think I'm not so certain about some things because again, our Pursuit is always the truth. It's a while I have an opinion and and and like anybody who has an opinion. I think I'm right. I hold that very Loosely realizing that I want to know. I want to know God's word not just beer right about what I think it's so what's don't get bogged down in some of those details. Although again. It's fine for us to have an opinion but looks like our opinion arise from what we find here. But in the midst of this teaching teaching that is part is going to deal with an event that is passed us the fall of Jerusalem destruction of the temple in 70 AD and part and parcel that which is still future us the coming of Christ and with that the coming of the Kingdom, even if we get these things messed up there's still something for us to gain in the midst of that in the missing this I think there are at least and I say at least I think you could probably find some more or separate Summer come by and saw him but at least 8 x rotations the Jesus provides to his disciples and openly to us and which weekend we can gain from the weather. We understand all of this prophetic teaching or not. There's some clear expectations for which we can learn so Jesus comes and sits down his disciples colors of what Jesus said to them just randomly declare. Hey, it's not going to be there. I mean you're like so they ask this question, but you made the different itself that they say, when will when will these things be and what will be the sign of your coming and and it added to that won't be the side to the close of the age when questioned two questions 3 questions. Well, you got to decide that cuz there's debate over that whether there's one question bound up in these three states. For multiple question I say but we will these things be talking about the what Jesus said about the temple, but then a separate question concerning the ultimate future Maybe. Were there three different things so that they're talking about the temple falling the coming of Jesus and then the close of the age being three separate things maybe again, that's where are debates come in, but we're not debating that today. But in the midst of it Jesus gives us some general broad perspectives of which week and then in that contest understand the expectations that we need to grasp hold on it. So the first one comes very early on inverse floor immediately after asking that questions of what when these things would be here and when the signs of Jesus coming in the end of the age would be Jesus did replies see that no one lead you astray. Orovada clearly see that you be not deceived don't be the seat imperative exhortation Believers. Don't be deceived. What do you what do you understand the order of these events or where they come or what they're talking about. Don't be deceived about what well, he goes on and tells us and feels in the question about deception. Don't be lettuce tray for many will come in my name saying I am the Christ and they will lead me astray. So listen don't be deceived many will be don't be among them. Hold on to this reminder of Christ exhortation because men are to be deceived about what about the coming of Christ about who Christ is and then he goes on feels it and you're going to hear all kinds of things. You're going to hear things about wars and rumors of wars in about famines and earthquakes. And then later on he goes on to talk about and tribulation you put the dancing and then we hated by Nations buy for my name sing in the midst of that we get a second exhortation. I don't like about all these things. And ultimately will find it at Deception. The counters at Deception is the truth of God's word, but don't be the same but then he says when you begin hearing these things which will serve as a means to deceive many people who do not want to be apart of he says don't be alarmed. So don't be this evening don't be alarmed because you're going to hear all kinds of stuff. Now, this is the answer interesting point. I want to make here because most of the time when people want to talk about wars and rumors of wars and earthquakes and famines and stuff like that which by the way have been happening for a really long time. It's coming Right now I'm just as excited about the the consummation is anybody whether my view of how it's going to happen is right or wrong. I'm excited about that cuz I know it's going to fix a lot of stuff. But when I hear about earthquakes natural disasters and famines and all kind of stuff that I have been going on for a really long time. I'm really want to go. What does Jesus say is I say to us about those I don't be alarmed. Why because it's not the Right. Is that what he says? I remember after the earthquake in Haiti. All kinds of, cuz right before the earthquake in Haiti. I mean not like before but in the sides for that, I know there was a earthquake Japan tsunami and there was but there was there wasn't one year one that happened on January 11th the next year one of those things happen on January 11th. And then of course, there was the earthquake in Haiti. I remember somebody on Facebook posting up here man. This is this is a sign cuz you had this on January 11th, and there's something going on and maybe Jesus is coming back and I thought you killed me. First of all, he was on January 12th, but it sounded good right. But but anyway, you don't people want to make those things that come together about Jesus coming should be there. But Jesus says when you hear all these things don't be alarmed why. Because the end is not yet. This is but birthday things this is what the beginning and part of the process by which the that would give birth to the the consummated Kingdom ultimately to don't be a farm don't get distracted continue to be aware and don't be deceived by false. Will it snow sings When you see these things happening don't be alarmed because here's the reason why what is Sabre 6 as well? Don't be alarmed when you hear about these things like that right verse 6.
You will hear horse rooms were to see that you're not alone for this must take place or literally it is necessary that these happened. This is part of the process for whatever reason God. So I really designed is the Packers play at this would be part of the process by which he would bring about the consummation of the Kingdom. It's necessary. So don't be alarmed believer. Don't be Chicken Little every time you hear about the Great Britain tsunami or earthquake or those things are horrible. He did some grieve and pray and do those things don't run around the sky is falling the sky is falling like Chicken Little because Jesus said don't be alarmed because this is not happy in these are normal things and I believe Jesus speaking in a broad perspective that these are the kinds of things that really happening a Julian comes. These are not the end but the birthday thing that will give way ultimately to the Nae. I think it includes what follows when he says he'll deliver you up there be more of them. There will be a hatred by All Nations will be all these Kinds of things will be the existence of Christ followers leading up to the final and full consummation of the kingdom when Christ comes again ultimately. Would be indicative but then it goes on the first 13 yet. Another exhortation is kind of an implied exportation. It does not a command here, but it's definitely there and he says at the end of all this stuff we when he goes on the mini false prophets will rise early Ministry and because lawlessness will become will be increased in the love of many will grow cold and then verse 13 says but the one who endures to the end will be saved. Now, I don't know in all the ways we might should read the statement, but I do know this. What is the one who endures to the end shall be saved then then I want tender. I want to endure I want to be driven by steadfastness in firmness to endure that again. I couldn't talk to you right now in a long really long sermon all the dates and different views about all these kinds of things and a good conversations I had but at the end of the day regardless of that when it says to the end will be saved we want to ensure we want to be marked out by people who enjoy your till the end, but when things are really hard and end in the wars going on your spam and sinners are all over the place and there's Christians being put to death and they are there are and that's happening all around the world and has since Jesus spoke these words and very likely the fairy moments probably happening somewhere around the world people who following Chrysler or their lives are being threatened at this very moment happens now and that's going to happen if people are being hated for Christ namesake. Even now all these things we haven't but endure Until the End why because at the end of the endurance through the midst of all these kinds of things the spirits of Christ followers gives way to Salvation so believer endure till the end the 4th and he says comes in the next person again, it's more of an implied non-explicit exhortation. He says and this Gospel of the Kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to All Nations and then it will come What's the exportation there believer don't be deceived we hear about all these kinds of things don't be alarmed in effect in Georgia to the end. And while you're enjoying proclaim the gospel. Tell it to the nation's Jesus. Does it tell us that at the very moment that that that very final nation that has never heard. He supposedly is going to come that's not what we're supposed to think it but we know this that weather that is that way or when it hurts sometime. Or length of time or whatever that that I feel is at the gospel is to be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to All Nations and not until that is the field in the fullest sense. Will the income will the end has not come yet. I do know that. So therefore it only makes sense that we would then make it our aim to proclaim the gospel throughout the entire world as a testimony to All Nations because the end has not come yet. So it's coming but until then don't be deceived don't be alarmed indoor and proclaim the truth of the Gospel the beginning of verse 15 and following up to verse 28 and this is where the Drake really gets heavy about what exactly these are talking about. It is my opinion that 15 to 28 speaks of the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem in 70 AD others would disagree with me. That's don't get lost on that point but never last in the midst of this argument or what Jesus is teaching there. Is there still extrication for us to to be had in verse 23 in the midst of what Jesus was talking about what I think he was talking about surrounding the three and a half. Sage on Jerusalem by Rome as a conducted a very horrific campaign against Jerusalem and destroyed the Temple of Jesus predicted would be the case whether you think this is something else there still some clear exhortation in Mists of it. Let's begin raining in verse 21 pick it up in the middle for then there will be Great Tribulation such as not that has been since beginning the world until now no will never be now. That's a statement that that makes us want to make this all future because it says it's never been this bad and never will again, but I don't know how to clarify this but it's definitely a possibility. If you ever read the historical writings of Josephus about this event riffic of the nature of this event. It's very possible to qualify as that, which is never been any worse or never will be again in a specific event soon as possible. But if if in those days they had not been cut short no human being would be saved, but but Sake of the elect those days will be cut short there's an exhortation and encouragement in those words encouragement is simply this. Experience that that's being described here again regardless of how we understand. It fully experience has its limitations. That is so designed by a sovereign God. Those days will be cut short and those days will be cut short short for a reason because and here's the extreme nature of the experience of those who follow Christ that if they were not even possible that they like those who are Christ's followers those who truly believe would be deceived. But so that they would not Jesus says that those days will be cut short this is encouraging because no matter what I experience what we think we were in the midst of something that this to find buy this or maybe it's not that bad or maybe it's worse in our minds that we know that God's sovereignty over the experience of circumstances surrounding Our Lives as Christian has limitations that are designed by him and that he is limited Express purpose that we his people Would not turn away that we would not be deceived. That's simply this don't believe it but it says right then if anyone says you in the midst of of the extreme experience at Believers throughout time, I think in this case will experience specifically at the time of 70 AD, but the indicative of all of Christendom throughout every generation in the midst of that difficulty if anyone says you look here is the Christ or maybe I should say Deliverance your salvation. Pierz freedom from that kind of experience where there it is don't believe it. So the extrication here is believer as we experience what we experience because of our profession of faith in Christ, whatever that looks like or feels like in your experience when that gets tough Be certain that there will often be times. Where where Deliverance. Seems possible the easy way out to relieve the difficulty from you there really any number of people who would be glad to help you out. And this is one of the ploys of our enemy to deceive at in the calls as compromising. Jesus says in the midst of this kind of experience if he wants a surprise or there it is because there a false Christ there. Are there a false prophet to arise and they perform Great Signs. What is it looks good there condensing. They look real. And they do so in order to deceive to lead astray if possible. Even the elect in Jesus's see I have told you beforehand. So there it is Jesus telling you about this so that when it begins to happen in your lives, you can be reminded. There it is. I'm not going to be deceived. I'm not going to be alarmed. I'm going to enjoy it to the end will trust him going to proclaim the gospel and I'm not going to believe those lies. Is it so if they say to you look curious in the wilderness do not go out if they say look there is an intern rooms do not believe it and then verse 27. He has to that a contrast there to be all kinds of temporary possible good-looking deliverances or salvations in our lifetimes, but they do not compare to the ultimate deliverance and salvation because nobody people saying. Is there yes, but Jesus says for the lightning comes from the East and shines as far as West. So will the coming of the son of man be I think what Jesus is pointing out here. It's not for us to get this picture that you don't hate on that day. When Jesus comes first will be a lightning strike it no, the point is the nature of it. It's going to be clear to those who believe they're going to know. It's going to be hilarious. He's not going to be I wonder if that's the guy I wonder if that's him. It's going to be evidence without a doubt for the lightning comes from the East and shines as far as West. So in this kind of way this nature of revealing and is coming so would be the son of man. So don't believe those opportunities were those opportunist. I should say that would provide to you. So measure Deliverance. It's at this point. I think that the answer shifts from 8072 future broad perspective of the close of this age the consummation of the Kingdom again, mini disagree or different on the nature of these particular versus but don't get lost there because he then says verse 29 in mediately after the tribulation of these days. So let me give you my the way I'm reading this. Oh Jesus give the broad perspective in the beginning as a random verses 3 through 14 about the experience. That would be common amongst Christ followers and their first 1500 and answers the question about not one stone will stand upon one stone. So when you see this is particular win, you see this is when these things would be and it's about 70 80, but then he then returns back to the idea that he began in that General experience as he laid the groundwork for these answers. About the wars and rumors of wars and famines and earthquakes and tribulations and and hatred by Nations on his head immediately after the tribulation of those days and then it gives us apocalyptic language to be dark in the light in the Stars will fall from Heaven. We see this about the Old Testament was here throughout new testament culminating Revelation. It's always the language of apocalyptic cataclysmic event, ultimately the Fulfillment in the coming of our savior the consummation of the king of but it's immediately after the tribulation of those days. I think probably from me what that means is that as we experience these kinds of things that there will be no Gap that will be all the way up till the very end of which Jesus comes again in Conta makes the kingdom that so understanding. I think there is an extra Tatian or understanding of my way at least and even if you different there's an expectation here and that is this respect difficulty. Expect difficulty in the midst of the time between now and that end when Jesus comes that's going to be our experience. That's what Jesus teach his disciples if they persecute me, they're going to persecute you. Paul says it all the time that suffering is the normal experience for Christians. He's not God doesn't promise to Deliver Us from all the the difficulties of it that come with the Enterprise powers. In fact, he he promises delivers through them to sustain us spiritually to the end but not necessarily physically a lot of Christians died for their faith even to this day. It's not a broken promises God never promised. He's in this life. So expect difficult because tribulation difficulties famines earthquakes Wars and all those kinds of things and Martin would be the existence of all the Christian up until the end. But there would be in the end that in would come when Jesus returns. And so Jesus says in addition that he gets a lesson from the fig tree with yet. Another highly-charged debate adverse. It says there's a lesson for the Fig Tree when you see all these things again, there's that phrase these things which again he initiates at the beginning of this chapter these things, you know that he is near at the very gay sin verse 34 truly I say to you this generation will not pass until all these things take place. There's the debate over this first debate you as used was talking to his disciples. So the ideal there is that before they died all these things everything you said would take place. So maybe it was all filled puff field in 70 AD and there are people who believe that I don't agree with that position. You might I don't know. The other position is that from the time whatever generation is it was begins before that generation passed away is all these things will happen. So the most popular view there is is the generation that began when Israel became a nation once again 1948, right? Y'all know this so what's a generation will be 40 years. What people used to say it's a one guy Edgar whistnant wrote a book and it reasons why 1988 generation start 1948 Israel became a state. So there it is. Some reason number 7 was based on that very reality only problem and it went so then what's the generation after that? You know, what the next? When is your next number is how do you realize just how many years must be? 70 math is math real quick hurry. It's a shear. He's coming back this year.
I hope so. But you can see the problem with trying to do these kinds of things whether you're right or wrong. There's a problem here. I don't think that's the way we're supposed to read. I think that maybe just maybe the reason why we read this this generation will not pass away is a reality that maybe not just the duration to whom Jesus was talking about, but probably it would apply to every generation with all of that that during their life, they would not be born and died without experiencing these kinds of things. Again, it just goes to remind us at the experience of those who follow Christ be exactly what the Bible teaches is. It would be difficult sacrificial, but ultimately and finally massively rewarding. So expect difficulty. It is we continue read he he Transitions and talks about how no one knows the day or the hour. It's wasn't 1988 and its gummy 2018 70 years it it's it's going to be But it says no one knows the day an hour. So the 7th and exportation that comes in this has nothing to do with Knowing When in fact, it's like quit quit trying to name the time because you're missing the point. We try to figure out the time line all those kinds of things and looking around and looking at the governmental situations and trying to sign those two spiritual meanings. Stop doing that when you're right or wrong is not the point. What did he say verse 44 there for you. Also must be ready for the son of man is coming at an hour. You do not expect to be vigilant in with that vigilance comes several kinds of other characteristics. He says stay awake for you do not know be vigilant you ready during the duration of age and experience is going to come with being a Christian and all kinds of generations, but do so in the live your life in the present vaginally with urgency because Christ could come and you better be ready. do so with expectancy that is look forward to is coming and being vigilant be watching don't fall asleep and be be be be deceived in the midst of experience of life. Don't get trapped in the well, I just need to have a good life. I just want to have some fun. There's nothing wrong with Joey and fun and experience is life. Not my point, but don't get swept away in fall asleep. And it's the experience this life if it happens to be good for you be vigilant. Until he comes again.
That implies the Fulfillment of a previous exhortation in that vigilance in that urgency in that inspect to see there will be the proclamation of the kingdom of the Gospel then finally in the very last few verses he then talks about servant two different servants one of which we don't want to be the other we do and he simply tells us to remind us to end whatever I experienced is. As God brings to close this age. However long that will be there will be time. He says that he says it's going to be sometime. We don't know when it's going to be there's limitations. We know that
but in the midst of it is applesauce with be faithful. Be faithful. Don't be the one that falls asleep and gets distracted and kind of goes off of those your own thing because he's to describe that kind of survey says the master the server will come on today when he does not expect him in an hour. He does not know when he will cut into pieces and put put him with a hypocrite traffic in that place. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. We don't would be named among those kinds of servants. We want to be faithful. Three garliss of our understanding of in X the ologies and it's fun stuff worth looking into his worth drawing conclusions and having opinions and and talking about and sharpen your skills in pursuing truth because it depends our love and passion for God's word in for him. But regardless of our understanding of our confusion about the details of the ultimate consummation at is the completion of the Kingdom as relates to particular events in the timing of the Rapture and all those kinds of things regardless of that with certainty we are to take tart the expectations and encouragement to Jesus seeks to provide in light of the M&M fulfillment of the plan of God for all the ages. God will finish the ultimate and glorious Kingdom. Obviously. He will right all wrongs. That's for certain. We don't know when. Probably half the things I think I'm right about about the house is probably not right. Maybe the regardless it will happen with certain and we should take the heart next rotation for which were or that tell us how we should live today in the light of the future that certent. Because of the certainty in the sovereignty of the god whom we serve and who has devised this plan. The end before the beginning or from the beginning of labor. Don't be deceived. Don't be alarmed stand firm and indoor. to the end and wow, you do proclaim the message of rescue to all those around you that is preach the gospel. With your friends and your family and even strangers at times don't believe the lies that contradict the word of God don't believe it. But we all kinds of stuff out there that's going to be with so many attractive don't believe it if it contradicts the word of Christ stand firm. And while you do expect that the result will be difficulty not pats on the back sometimes maybe but it will be difficult. That's why it's injuring. Be vigilant until Christ return watch for it with urgency and expectancy cuz Shirley and certainly it will come. But until then we made baseball. Let's pray father. Thank you for this wonderful word that is massively confusing to people like us at times.
Lord in the midst of our Our struggle with some of these Concepts especially the consummation of the Kingdom. I pray. That you would continue exhort our hearts. And help us to see that which is most important the certainties with which you have designed. The process of the coming to an end of this present evil age and the coming of your glorious Kingdom. Lord in the present as reason why I pray that you would enable us to do all these things that we have seen. You just read read that you said to the disciples and say to us to stand firm to be vigilant to expect the difficulty to endure to the end. The father will not be able to do those things simply because we read words on a page. But because the power of the holy spirit is at work in Us by means of this word. The father we ask you to do with us again, what we could never do for ourselves and Empower us to live in the midst of this life, whether it's relatively easy or relatively difficult.
But the live faithful to the gospel. the stand true to our Savior and it is so proclaiming and telling to all those around this but Jesus saves.
How to help us not to be distracted with all the Wonder and that the world has to offer us at every turn the things that are attractive and things we get ourselves often want help us not to be this evening let astray. Hello Diva. Passion or desire for you and you alone. But as we enter into this Advent season, and we consider and remember the Fulfillment of your promise the first time they that fuel the flowers fires of our expectations of your fulfillment of the promise yet to come. It made that Lord. Motivate and encourage real us to remain faithful now.
Father ultimately I pray as you have called us to be to go and and and Make Disciples of all Nations, which begins Right Here In This Very Room amongst one another and then standing to our community and and and and Beyond to the ends of the Earth. I pray is as we we we we try to live up to this world that we would make sure that that stands at the very center of the Proclamation of the Gospel to one another in this room into the Lost outside these walls with stand at the center. That we would want to stand on the rooftops not just at Christmas time, but it all times and declare that Jesus is the savior of the world. father as we seeing our closing song I pray that the it would not just be words of a familiar song toss around the Lord that the words would would take on meaning in life of the text. We just read that you're coming. So therefore we should as it was said in your first coming we should go and eat a little on the mountains that Jesus Christ is Lord. If it's in Jesus name we pray amen.
